ArChine Polymer Quenchant E
Product Description
ArChine Polymer Quenchant E is a nonflammable polymeric quenchants and is aqueous solutions of a liquid organic polymer with corrosion inhibitor. The organic polymer is soluble in water. At temperatures above 74¡æ(165¨H), however, the polymer separates from water as an insoluble phase.
ArChine Polymer Quenchant E is suitable for the hardening of following application.
¡î Large alloy parts from tilt-top, car-bottom and pit furnaces
¡î Forged parts that are quenched directly from the forge
¡î Sensitive alloys and shapes heated by induction
¡î Parts processed from continuous and batch-furnace operations employing gas-fired, neutral, and carburizing-carbonitriding atmospheres requiring oil quenching rates.
